"you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

1. Introduction

Welcome to Advocate Connet ("the App"), an online platform facilitating legal consultation appointments between users and lawyers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

The App provides a platform for users to book legal consultation sessions with lawyers for a duration of 45 minutes. Our responsibility is limited to scheduling the first consultation upon successful payment.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Booking and Payment

• Users can browse and select a lawyer without registration or login.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Upon successful payment, a video call link will be sent to the user.
• The consultation duration is strictly 45 minutes.
• Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the lawyer fails to attend.

5. Responsibilities of Users

• Users must ensure a stable internet connection for the consultation.
• Users must provide accurate contact information for receiving the consultation link.
• Users shall not misuse the platform for illegal or unethical activities.

6. Responsibilities of Lawyers

• Lawyers must honor their scheduled consultations.
• Lawyers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of user discussions.
• The App does not guarantee client engagement beyond the initial consultation.

7. No Legal Representation

The App only facilitates the initial consultation. Any further engagement between the user and the lawyer is outside the App’s scope and at the discretion of both parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for the quality of legal advice provided by lawyers.
• We are not liable for any disputes arising between the user and the lawyer.
• The App is not responsible for technical disruptions that may affect the consultation.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or lawyer who violates these terms.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
